Most of the fire department’s managers and supervisors work a rotating 24-hours on-duty/48-hours off-duty shift schedule. Since the schedule doesn’t correspond with normal business hours, and because they must also respond to emergency calls when they’re at work, a manager’s response may be delayed.

File a Citizen Complaint
If you aren’t sure if your issue merits a formal complaint, email, and a member of our staff will schedule a consultation with you.
For investigators to process a complaint, complete and accurate information is necessary. To initiate an investigation, formal complaints must be in writing. Do not report an emergency situation using this form. In an emergency, dial 9-1-1.
